1. Parties

Buyer: The person placing an order via the website or customer panel.
2. Subject
This agreement governs distance sales of VDS, dedicated servers, licenses, domains, web design, and related digital services under Turkish consumer protection law.
3. Service Information
Service type, duration, price, taxes, and total amount are shown in the order summary, invoice, and customer panel. Services are digital; no physical shipment applies.
4. Delivery
Delivery is electronic: server credentials in the panel, license keys, domain activation, or project handover. Automatic provisioning usually completes within minutes.
5. Payment
Payment via wallet, bank transfer, E-Pin, or other announced methods. Activation may require completed payment.
6. Right of Withdrawal
For instantly performed digital services and immediately delivered digital content (server provisioning, license keys, domain activation), the right of withdrawal may not apply once performance has begun or delivery occurred. See Refund Policy. Undelivered orders may be cancelled; approved refunds within 7–14 business days.
7. Buyer Obligations
Provide accurate information, use services lawfully, keep credentials confidential.
8. Seller Obligations
Provide ordered services, offer support within plan scope, process data lawfully.
9. Disputes
Consumer arbitration boards and courts are available under Turkish law.
10. Effect
This agreement takes effect when the buyer confirms the order. The current version is published on the website.
