1. General Principles
This Refund Policy applies to digital infrastructure and virtual services provided by Ysg Bilişim Server Services. Refunds depend on service type, delivery status, consumer law, and the conditions below.
2. Virtual Services and Virtual Devices
Our services — VDS, dedicated servers, software licenses, domain registration, DNS management, panel access, and similar digital content — are not physical products but virtual services / virtual devices.
- Activated electronically, often immediately or within a short period,
- Considered “delivered” when access credentials, license keys, or management tools are provided in the customer panel,
- Treated as consumable digital content once provisioned,
- No physical return or shipment process applies.
3. No Refund After Delivery
If the service or virtual device has been delivered to the customer, no refund is available.
“Delivery” occurs when any of the following happens:
- Server IP, username, password, or panel access is assigned,
- Server setup is completed and customer can access it,
- License key is issued via panel or email,
- Domain registration is activated or transfer is initiated/completed,
- Web design/project deliverables are handed over,
- MaxiCard/E-Pin wallet credit is applied to the account.
Because refund of a virtual device or digital service content is technically and legally not possible, post-delivery cancellation, refund, or exchange requests are not accepted, regardless of whether the service was used.
4. Cancellation Before Delivery
If the order has not yet been delivered, the customer may request cancellation and refund:
- Contact destek@ysgbilisim.com or open a support ticket,
- Orders in “pending / preparing” status may be cancelled,
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days,
- Delays caused by banks or payment providers are outside our control.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible. Standard processing time: 7–14 business days. Bank fees or third-party commissions may be excluded.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- Customer error (wrong package, domain, or license type)
- Services suspended/terminated due to terms violation
- Registry fees already charged for domains
- Promotional “non-refundable” offers
- MaxiCard/E-Pin wallet credits once applied
7. Partial Refunds
Service extension or partial refund may be considered for provider-side delivery failures by mutual agreement.
8. How to Request
Email destek@ysgbilisim.com or use Support Tickets in the customer panel. Include order number and reason.
