1. Parties and Acceptance
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Ysg Bilişim Server Services (“Ysg Bilişim”, “Provider”) and the natural or legal person registering on our website or customer panel (“User”, “Customer”).
By completing registration, checking “I have read and accept the User Agreement”, and/or using our services, you agree to this Agreement.
2. Scope
This Agreement governs ordering, payment, delivery, use, support, and customer panel access for VDS, dedicated servers, licenses, domains, web design, and related digital infrastructure services.
3. Account Security
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential; actions under your account are attributed to you.
- Report suspected unauthorized access to destek@ysgbilisim.com immediately.
- Ysg Bilişim may suspend or close accounts in case of abuse or false information.
4. Nature of Services
Services are primarily virtual and digital; no physical product shipment is involved. Servers are provisioned on virtual or physical infrastructure; licenses and domains are activated electronically.
5. Orders, Payment, and Delivery
- Orders are placed via the website or customer panel.
- Payment may be made via wallet, bank transfer, E-Pin, or other announced methods.
- Delivery occurs when access credentials appear in the panel, license keys are issued, domains are activated, or project deliverables are handed over.
6. Acceptable Use
Services must comply with applicable law and fair use. Prohibited activities include spam, malware, copyright infringement, network attacks, and resource abuse affecting other customers.
7. Intellectual Property
Website, panel, brand, and software infrastructure belong to Ysg Bilişim. Customers receive a usage license only.
8. Support
Technical support is provided via tickets, email, WhatsApp, and Discord within the scope of the purchased service.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ysg Bilişim acts with reasonable care. Customers are primarily responsible for backups, content compliance, and security. Indirect damages may be limited where permitted by law.
10. Changes and Termination
This Agreement may be updated on the website. Refunds for active services follow the Refund Policy.
11. Governing Law
Turkish law applies. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; otherwise competent consumer arbitration boards and courts apply.
